2013 IDP Redraft Rankings - Defensive Tackles

I wanted to give my readers a more in depth rankings list for the defensive tackle position. Many owners play in leagues that require you to roster at least one DT. For the time being, I've broken out the top 12 players who qualify at this position for fantasy purposes.

Please note that these players are ranked off their redraft value and not their long-term, dynasty value.

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy!

Scoring System:
Solo Tackle = 1.5 points
Assist = 0.75 points
Sack = 5 points
Interception = 5 points
Forced Fumble = 4 points
Fumble Recovery = 4 points
Pass Deflection = 1.5 points

Ryan, thanks for breaking DL out a little further for those of us in leagues that start DT and DE separately. I noticed you don't have any rookie DT's on this list and I believe there are a handle of very talented DT's in this years rookie class. Can you share your thoughts on which rookie DT's you like best and in what order?

@Michael Middleton
From a rookie DT perspective, I like DT Star Lotulelei, DT Sheldon Richardson, and Sharrif Floyd in that order.

Also, when asking for weekly matchup advice please mention the weekly opponent for each player you are listing. This helps me answer questions more quickly.
In addition, always list your scoring system as my advice will differ depending on the type of system being used.

Lastly, please don't duplicate the same exact post on other pages. We get notified of all comments that are posted and we will make sure to answer questions as quickly as we can. Posting the same question multiple times on different pages just slows the whole process down for everyone.
